the work

Across the agencies and consultancies where I worked, AI adoption was moving quickly, but not always evenly. Strategy, creative, production, and client teams were experimenting with new tools with enthusiasm — but they all needed shared language, practical examples, and clearer guidance on where AI could help.

I developed and presented AI trainings that translated emerging tools into everyday use cases across brainstorming, campaign planning, creative development, voiceover production, and knowledge management.

The materials included prompt frameworks, tool demos, custom GPT guidance, prompt banks, tool demos, and responsible-use guidance around accuracy, confidentiality, copyright, and brand safety.

The goal was not to completely automate important work. It was to make experimentation more useful: better inputs, clearer prompts, more thoughtful review, and stronger decisions about when AI belonged in the process.
